Dear All,
Following the success of last year's edition (raising ~ EUR 500 for l'ENVOL and braving the wind, rain and slippery roads alongside my colleagues to run the 8k in 56:45), I will be lacing up my sneakers again and run "La Course des Héros" in support of this fantastic charity.
Whilst I cannot guarantee I will beat last year's time, I would like to focus on smashing last year's fundraising - when we collectively raised EUR 4 395. We can do even better this year! Every euro raised will support a great cause that is close to my heart.
L'ENVOL are doing incredible work to support children in challenging health situations and they offer exceptional holidays for children affected by serious illness, so they can make the most of their childhood and get ready for the next steps of their lives.

L'ENVOL "pour que les enfants malades restent des enfants"
Association reconnue d’utilité publique, L’ENVOL organise des programmes adaptés aux jeunes malades de 6 à 25 ans et à leur famille. Depuis 1997, elle leur permet de trouver force et confiance en eux pour vivre mieux pendant ou après la maladie et de rompre l’isolement. L’ENVOL accompagne gratuitement plus de 8000 bénéficiaires par an au travers de ses séjours adaptés, ateliers à l’hôpital, sorties récréatives et kits d’activités.
